My go-to smoothie
It doesn't get easier than that. But at the same time it's very nutritious and delicious, hey, that rhymes.
You'll need a glass of milk, 2 bananas, 1 table spoon of quick oatmeal and a blender. And that's about it!
And the experts also approve! ;)
